Every piece begins with overlooked materials— rocks, industrial remnants, and forgotten waste. Sourced locally, these elements are reimagined through careful processes to uncover new life, texture, and form.

Sourcing

rocks, oyster shells, wine bottles, sandstone and construction off-cuts are gathered with intention, selected for their potential to shape and surface each piece.

Refining

Materials are crushed and milled into fine powders, ready to be integrated into clay bodies or developed into glazes.

Shaping

Each form is hand-built, wheel-thrown, or both, balancing design with material expression.

Glazing

Custom glazes, created from reclaimed materials, give each surface its unique, raw beauty.

Firing

In the kiln, material and process come together. At extreme temperatures, transformation occurs, creating textures and tones that speak of their origins.

From raw elements to refined forms, my work celebrates materiality and process —where overlooked materials find new purpose.
